• When was Dutchints Development founded?  Dutchints Development was founded in July of 2016 however it’s principal and partners have been involved in real estate development since 2004.

• Who owns Dutchints?  Vahe Tashjian is the current principal of Dutchints Development.

• How many employees does your company have?  We currently have 15 employees.

• Is Dutchints Development a residential or commercial developer?  Dutchints Development started as a residential developer focusing on high end single-family specs but has transitioned to include larger scale commercial developments in the last two years.

• What locations/markets does the company focus on or specialize in?  We are currently focused in the core of silicon valley and are looking to expanding into neighboring cities as well.

• Why these locations?  Our principal and partners being born and raised in the area we feel like we know the market very well and can take advantage of opportunities overlooked by others.

• How many current projects does Dutchints have in their pipeline? At any given time we have between 5-10 single-family projects under construction with another 5-10 in permitting stages. We also several large commercial projects currently in entitlement phases.

• On average, how long does a project take?  On average our single family ground-up projects take between 14-18 months and our commercial projects range from 2-5 years.
