With each new project, our team analyzes the potential for profit while taking a conservative approach. Our key is to stay disciplined to make sure that our margins are broad enough to withstand any dips in the housing market. We then put together a detailed package with costs, comparables, and risk analysis to present to our investors.

We have managed to compile a list of over 120 dedicated private investors over the years, and have recently raised in excess of $82M in private equity to fund our projects. We try and minimize our exposure by taking our time to carefully map out our costs, timelines, and exit strategy, prior to execution. We are proud to say that we have never taken a loss on any development project we have completed.
