The Dutchints Development LLC team is comprised of passionate and skilled members, who each bring their own unique set of skills in developing the Bay Area’s finest luxury real estate. With our principals being born in the area, our knowledge and understanding of this unique market is what contributes the most to our success. Our ability to see value where others don’t, enables us to take advantage of profit that’s been overlooked by others in the industry. Working hand-in-hand with our architects, subcontractors, and realtors, we ensure a smooth process from acquisition to sale. Being in touch with today’s buyers needs and wants, contributes to our ability to design and build highly desirable quality real estate.
With a prior focus in the core of Silicon Valley, we have recently made a shift to focus on higher density developments in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our team’s goal is to make the process from concept to completion as smooth as possible.
Working with only the industry’s most reputable and experienced subcontractors, we are able to maintain high quality and efficiency, and ensure that together we are able to complete our projects successfully.
With the understanding that development is a business, what separates us from the rest is our team’s passion and devotion. We take pride in the design and craftsmanship in every project, and stay true to the saying “We don’t build anything that we wouldn’t be proud to live in ourselves.”

He utilized his strengths in people skills and his outgoing attitude, to motivate and achieve positive results. Although he was fortunate enough to work at two fortune 500 companies, his true passion was in real estate so he went on to start his own company in custom flooring & interior design.
Throughout his professional career, developing residential properties is something that he has always enjoyed doing, and doing well.
His true passion to develop came full circle, when his very close friend, whom he had built homes with in the past, gave him this opportunity “to do what they love to do”, develop properties. He is very fortunate to be working alongside his best friend in a field they are both so passionate about.
