The proposed project includes demolition of existing Chevron gas station and build a new mixed-use development located on a .70-acre parcel at the corner of E. Santa Clara Street and North 4th Street. The proposed building will be of a single tower designed to appear visually as two connected towers (West and East) to include 348 apartment units comprised of studio, 1 bed, 2 bed, 4 bed and a few 5 beds combination. The towers will be clad with window wall situated on top of 4 levels of office. The office will have a separate lobby on Santa Clara Street and residential entrance lobby will be on North 4th Street parking will be on level 1 thru 4 and retail at ground level extends along E. Santa Clara to the corner of North 4th Street. Access to the parking structure is from North 4th Street.
